The idea for this form was inspired by porcupine quills which one sees all over the place in Coonoor. I took the quills, and the general shape of a porcupine, as a starting point and ended up with these sea urchin like figures. Note - The whole work can be displayed in the frame. When desired, the gold elements can be removed from the silver tile and worn as jewellery.
